Fettucine Funghi Porcini

Heretofore....our favorite version....at Fiametta.   Very eggy pasta, generous garlic and oil components, deep mushroomy taste.  Rich....almost too rich.   In the north some of our versions with eggless hand rolled noodles - like Stringozzi - may have an edge over fettucine versions.  Maybe.
