Marmalade....
The lowly tuna and hard-boiled egg tramezzino...on mushy bread - comforting
Possibly.....one of the tastiest pastas yet....strozzapreti (hand rolled) with crumbled sausage di Norcia, a bit of cream and shaved black truffle.
